Full moon fondue in a winter wonderland
Our Davos Klosters, Gstaad, and Stockhorn igloo villages promise fondue by the light of the full moon, amidst the snow, far from civilization and light pollution. Our full moon evenings are open to everyone, and we have a very special treat for fondue enthusiasts everywhere – be pampered with regional cheese fondue, in the midst of the nocturnal mountains and winter’s snow.
Full moon fondue with snowshoe trek at the Iglu-Dorf Stockhorn
Enjoy a snowshoe trek through the fresh powder snow under a bright full moon followed by a cheese fondue in the igloo at the Hinterstockensee.
The following services are included in the price of CHF 114.- per person:
- Trip up/down the mountain
- Accompanied snowshoe trek, incl. equipment (approx. 2h)
- Welcome drink
- All-you-can-eat fondue with regional mountain cheese
- Coffee and dessert
Meeting point is 4.30 pm at the Stockhorn cableway valley station in Erlenbach. We’ll be back at about 10.30 pm.
Full moon fondue at the Iglu-Dorf Davos Kloster
Experience the glowing full moon in a unique atmosphere and enjoy an all-you-can-eat cheese fondue in the heated kota below the Weissfluhjoch at Parsenn.
The following services are included in the price of CHF 129.- per person:
- Trip up/down the mountain
- Short snowshoe trek to the Igloo Village and back (20 min.)
- Welcome drink
- All-you-can-eat fondue with regional mountain cheese
- Small dessert
The meeting point is 6.00 pm at the Parsenn valley station.
Vollmondfondue im Iglu-Dorf Gstaad
Experience the glowing full moon in a unique atmosphere and enjoy a cheese fondue in the igloo restaurant. The price of CHF 28.- per person includes an all-you-can-eat fondue with regional mountain cheese.
Please note that there is an early (6.30-7.45 pm) and a late (8.15-9.15 pm) sitting. The cable cars run continually between 5.30 pm and 9.30 pm. Down to the valley you can either go by train or take your sled with you. Travel up/down the mountain is not included in the price. Standard cableway rates apply.
